Dr. Capon regularly conducts educational seminars for educational institutions and business organizations globally. In addition to Columbia Business School, he has conducted account management programs at the China European International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai, the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, and the Carlson School, University of Minnesota. His associates have also taught programs to Dr. Capon’s design in Malaysia and Serbia.

Among companies that have recently sought Dr. Capon’s advice and counsel on account management issues and/or for whom he has conducted educational programs in key/strategic or global account management are Cisco, Corning, EMC, Supervalu, Tyco, and Wipro.
